About me

I am a Trauma & Orthopaedic consultant at Salisbury District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and have a special interest in Foot & Ankle Surgery as well as complex trauma and limb reconstruction.

I qualified with a BM from Southampton University in 2001 after also obtaining a BSc in Anatomy from Leeds University in 1999. I trained in hospitals over the South of England and New Zealand before starting my specialist registrar training in the Kent, Surrey and Sussex region. I was awarded the FRCS in Trauma & Orthopaedics in 2016 before getting my Certificate of Completion in Training in 2017. I went on to undertake two fellowships. The first was first was in Foot & Ankle surgery in Bournemouth, working for Mr Heath Taylor, past president of the British Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (BOFAS). I then went to train in complex trauma and limb reconstruction at St. George's Hospital, London with Professor Alex Trompeter. I was also awarded an International travelling fellowship from BOFAS and went to Cape Town, South Africa.

I started my consultant post in February 2019
