Mr. Robert Grounds (MBBCh, BSc, MEd, MRCS, FRCS) is a Consultant ENT Surgeon specializing in ear conditions at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust (Brighton, Worthing and Haywards Heath).

Ranking as one of the top ear surgeons in the country at the end of training he was awarded the prestigious TWJ Prize to gain international experience in the most complex ear, hearing and balance surgeries.

He offers private consultations for complex ear, hearing and balance issues for patients in Sussex. As a researcher, he has published widely and teaches ENT doctors, emphasizing compassionate care rooted in personal experience.
