Mr Fergus Noble was appointed as a Consultant Upper Gastrointestinal and General Surgeon in the Upper GI Unit at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust in 2018.

I am Clinical service lead for Upper gastrointestinal Surgery at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.

Chair of the UGI site specific group cancer Network for Wessex

Research interests

I have published on the management of groin hernias, gallstones and gallbladder surgery (cholecystectomy), anti-reflux surgery (Line/fundoplication and Rerfluxstop) and oesophagogastric minimally invasive surgery.

When not at work, I can be found with my family playing tennis, sailing, skiing or in my apiary.
