About me
Renata Hutt is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist based at the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford since 2001. She is a Fetal Medicine and Labour Ward Lead. She has over 20 years of experience in Obstetric and Gynaecology pelvic ultrasound including 3/4D scanning.
As Deanery Ultrasound Lead she is responsible for postgraduate ultrasound training at regional level. She acts as an active preceptor for Hysteroscopic and Laparoscopic Minimal access training and also for Advanced training modules in pelvic floor surgery, Obstetric ultrasound and Advanced labour ward practice.
Her special skills and interest include obstetric and gynaecology pelvic ultrasound, minimal access laparoscopic/ hysteroscopic surgery for endometriosis, ovarian cysts, fibroids and abnormal uterine bleeding. Working closely with urologist she developed expertise in pelvic floor surgery for prolapse and incontinence.
She offers pregnancy counselling for women with miscarriages and fetal abnormalities.
