About me

Mr Panos Dimitriadis is a Consultant ENT, Head & Neck, and Thyroid Surgeon working across Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital, One Hatfield Hospital, and Lister Hospital in Stevenage. He manages the full spectrum of adult and paediatric ENT conditions, with particular expertise in thyroid, parathyroid and head & neck surgery.

Areas of Expertise
Thyroid & Parathyroid Surgery including modern minimally invasive and cosmetic-sparing techniques.
Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) one of a small number of UK surgeons trained to offer this scarless, outpatient treatment for benign thyroid nodules.
Head & Neck Disorders comprehensive assessment and treatment of neck lumps, salivary gland disease, swallowing and voice problems.
Hearing & Balance specialist evaluation and management of dizziness, hearing loss and related conditions.
General ENT sinus disease, nasal obstruction, snoring, tonsil problems, and voice-related concerns.

Innovation & Advanced Techniques
Mr Dimitriadis has a strong interest in minimally invasive, scar-avoiding thyroid procedures. He is among the few UK surgeons experienced in Radiofrequency Ablation, a local-anaesthetic alternative to open thyroidectomy with virtually no downtime.
He also served on the organising committee for the first UK Remote Access Thyroidectomy Seminar (2024), reflecting his commitment to advancing next-generation thyroid and parathyroid surgery.

Training & Academic Background
