About me

I'm a consultant gynaecologist at Princess Anne Hospital, University Hospital Southampton. I have over twenty years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
My journey began in Egypt, where I received comprehensive training at one of the largest women's health hospitals in the Middle East.
Driven by my passion for minimally invasive surgery, I pursued additional training in the UK, completing a Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with a special interest in minimal access surgery.
Throughout this journey, I've attained academic milestones including MRCOG and MSc degrees in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, as well as a Professional Diploma in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery.
During my fellowship at University Hospital Southampton, I underwent advanced training accredited by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, focusing on gynaecological surgery and developing expertise in advanced laparoscopic techniques, particularly in the management of endometriosis.
I'm dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to my patients. I believe in personalised care and shared decision making.
