About me

I am a Consultant General Surgeon and Surgical Oncologist with a specialist practice in Malignant Melanoma and Soft Tissue Sarcoma. I operate on over 200 patients a year with these two conditions. My clinical practice is based almost entirely at the Royal Marsden Hospital at both the Chelsea and the Surrey Branch. I am Professor of Sarcoma and Melanoma surgery at the Institute of Cancer Research. I have a longstanding research practice in both sarcoma and melanoma, having published over 150 scientific papers on these diseases and I regularly give lectures nationally and internationally
