About me

I received my degree from Imperial College Medical School in 2011 and did my training in Yorkshire and Humber. I specialise in benign gynaecology and endometriosis.

I am incredibly passionate about women's health and I have a long-standing interest in the diagnosis and subsequent management of endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain. I adopt a holistic and patient-centred approach to providing a diverse range of evidence-based treatment options including conservative, medical and surgical management. I specialise in advanced laparoscopic and minimal access surgery for the excision of all stages of endometriosis, the removal of fibroids and cysts and total laparoscopic hysterectomies. Throughout my career I have developed a deep understanding of pelvic pain and how this can impact quality of life. I can offer a detailed consultation to help you understand the mechanisms of your symptoms and discuss all potential treatment options available so you feel empowered to make the decision right for you. I also have experience in the gynaecological issues of transgender men and have supported with the surgical transition and follow-up.

I additionally offer outpatient hysteroscopy clinics and have expertise in the management of menstrual dysfunction including post menopausal bleeding. I am interested in the management of pre-menopausal and post-menopausal symptoms and if you choose to manage this through medication, I can help you navigate the vast range of hormone replacement therapies including medications that may not be available in your local hospitals and testosterone replacement.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children and you will often see me in the corridor of a ballet school waiting for my daughter. I love rugby, wine-tasting and visiting galleries.
