About me

Mr Peter Dacombe is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon based at the Great Western Hospital and BMI The Ridgeway Hospital. He has a specialist interest in Upper Limb Surgery with his main focus being surgery to the Shoulder and Elbow.

Mr Dacombe offers surgical and non-surgical treatment for all conditions affecting the shoulder and elbow including sports injuries, dislocations, tendon ruptures, nerve entrapment, fractures and arthritis. Mr Dacombe is fellowship trained in arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery to the shoulder and elbow, shoulder replacement, soft tissue reconstruction, nerve decompression and upper limb fracture surgery.

Mr Dacombe brings a modern and patient centred approach to his practice at the Ridgeway with a focus on accurate diagnosis, shared decision making and utilising modern surgical and non-surgical techniques to get the best outcomes for his patients.
