About me

I am an orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in problems of the shoulder and elbow and hands. Whether you have injured yourself through overuse, a sports injury, an accident or for no obvious reason then I may well be able to help and get you pain free and fully functional again.

I became very disillusioned with the NHS and resigned my post in 2005. However changes in the way the system works means I now treat more NHS patients than I did before but in the better conditions of your local private hospital.

Personal interests

I am keen cyclist and do regular sportive races around the country and overseas. I am contemplating doing the Haute Route in 2015 but it might just be a crazy dream.
