About me
Mr Arshad graduated with honours from Cambridge University and completed surgical training in Nottingham and Leicester. He pursued advanced Hepatobiliary fellowship training at the Birmingham Liver Unit before taking up a consultant post at University Hospital Southampton in 2018. He has extensive experience in surgery for abdominal hernias as well as managing treatment for conditions affecting the gallbladder, liver, bile ducts, duodenum and pancreas (HPB surgery).
He is one of the most experienced robotic HPB surgeons in the UK and can offer a full range of robotic operations for these conditions including the most complex cancer resections.
He sees patient from across the UK and Ireland for second opinions for difficult to manage HPB surgery conditions.
