About me
I am a Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon and hold a consultant appointment at Warwick Hospital. I offer a wide range of cancer and non-cancer procedures including therapeutic breast reductions and lipomodeling of the breast. I also offer immediate and delayed breast reconstruction and nipple reconstruction.
Having graduated from St. Bartholomew’s and The Royal London School of Medicine in 2006, I developed an early interest in oncoplastic breast surgery whilst training at the prestigious St. Andrews Centre for Plastic Surgery, Chelmsford. Since then, I have predominately trained in the West Midlands, working in many regional oncoplastic breast units. Whilst in training, I was awarded a travel bursary to present my research on Oncotype DX at Miami Breast Conference. I was also invited to the Plastic Surgery Department at Singapore General Hospital on a fellowship which helped to expand my experience of implant-based and autologous breast reconstruction. Prior to my appointment at Warwick Hospital, I was the lead oncoplastic surgeon at George Eliot Hospital, Nuneaton, having set up the breast reconstruction service there myself. I was presented the iEXCEL award by the Trust board for demonstrating compassion and commitment to the service.
