About me
I qualified as a Doctor at the London Hospital Medical College in1986. I trained in Orthopaedics at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore and on the Wessex rotational scheme. I did a Hand Fellowship in Sydney for a year in 1997 and have been a Consultant in Bournemouth and Poole since 1998 and am probably the longest established practising hand surgeon in Dorset.
I treat almost exclusively upper limb conditions covering all aspects of elbow, wrist and hand surgery including nerve conditions, fractures and sports injuries. I teach on regular Hand surgery courses to all health care professionals locally and nationally. I am a member of the British Society for Surgery of the Hand. My NHS practise is the same as my private practise.
