About me
Dr. Recica is an experienced Consultant Dermatologist with over 20 years of expertise, specializing in skin cancer management and advanced dermatological surgery, including Mohs micrographic surgery.
He has held key leadership positions, including Clinical Lead, MDT Lead, and Skin Cancer Lead, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in dermatology. Dr. Recica completed his specialist dermatology training in London and the West Midlands, followed by advanced surgical training in Mohs micrographic surgery in Cardiff. He further enhanced his expertise through specialized training at the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS) in San Diego, California, and the American Society for Mohs Surgery (ASMS) in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Recica has gained extensive experience working in prestigious dermatology units, including Royal Free Hospital, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, and University Hospital of Wales. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP) and an active member of esteemed organizations, including the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD), the British Society for Dermatological Surgery (BSDS), and the American Society for Mohs Surgery (ASMS).
