About me

I am an experienced Consultant Clinical Oncologist specialising in the treatment of Prostate, Bladder and Colorectal cancers.

I studied Medicine at the University of Cambridge graduating in 2004 and receiving distinctions in Medicine, Surgery and Pathology. Following medical school, I worked in General Medicine at Guy's and St Thomas' before Oncology training at The Royal Marsden, The Royal Sussex and The Royal Surrey Hospitals. I have been a consultant at The Royal Surrey since 2019 and during that time have also been Chief of Service for Oncology.

I completed an MD(Res) at the University of Surrey in Complex adaptive radiotherapy planning for cervical cancers and have published widely in international journals.

I am passionate about cutting edge radiotherapy for pelvic tumours using the MR Linac which allows high doses of radiotherapy to be delivered whilst minimising the side effects.

I also provide treatment with intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) and brachytherapy as well as systemic therapies such as chemotherapy, targeted therapies and hormone treatment.

Areas of interest
