I am a senior Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon, and Lead Specialist Skin Cancer Surgeon, with NHS and private practices providing a wide range of surgery for women, men and children in Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties. I have been involved in research throughout my career, to learn and develop my own knowledge and contribute to improvements in technique, treatments and outcomes. I also regularly review outcomes at team meetings and actively audit my results and compare them against national and international standards to ensure they compare very favourably. Research and audit topics include breast surgery, skin cancer, prominent ear correction, hypospadias, cleft surgery, 3D facial imaging, burns, hand and lower limb surgery.
I worked for many years with Child Care International, a UK charity providing free plastic surgery for babies and children in Pakistan born with cleft lip and palate.
