About me
Konstantinos Charitopoulos qualified at Patras University Medical School in Greece and completed his main core Urology training in Athens at the 1st Department of Urology of the University of Athens.
He then moved to the UK where he completed a post CCT Fellowship in Endourology at Leeds Teaching Hospitals. He has been awarded a PhD with Honours from the University of Athens and has published more than 30 papers in peer reviewed medical journals.
Mr Charitopoulos has been a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, West Middlesex University Hospital, since 2010. He has developed both the stone and benign prostate disorder services locally and he is leading a successful endourology service with emphasis on day surgery. He is also an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer of the Imperial College School of Medicine.
