About me
I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in hip and knee replacement, revision surgery, and knee arthroscopy and care for patients with arthritis, hip pain, groin pain, knee pain and meniscal injuries.
I am committed to providing compassionate, honest and patient?centred care. With a Doctify rating of 4.99 out of 5, patients often tell me they value the calm, clear and supportive care I provide from start to finish.
My medical training began at the Universities of Birmingham and Newcastle, followed by both basic and higher surgical training in the North of England. After qualifying as a Consultant, I completed a prestigious Revision Arthroplasty and Trauma Fellowship in Auckland, New Zealand. This experience allowed me to further develop high?level skills in complex joint replacement and the reconstruction of failing hip and knee replacements � expertise that now supports many of the more challenging cases I treat in my NHS and private practice.
I treat a wide range of lower?limb conditions, including arthritis, hip and groin pain, knee pain, meniscal tears and joint instability. I offer hip replacement, knee replacement, revision hip and knee surgery, knee arthroscopy and a full range of hip, knee and soft?tissue injections.
