About me
Mr Daniel Cohen is a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
He completed his surgical training in London before undertaking a post-CCT Fellowship in HoLEP and stone surgery. He was awarded a PhD from Imperial College London for his research in healthcare education and health policy. Mr Cohen has previously sat on the European Association of Urology Bladder Cancer Guidelines Panel.
Mr Cohen has a broad general urology practice with special interests in prostate and bladder conditions, including benign prostatic disease, including Holmium Laser Surgery (HoLEP), Aquablation-waterjet therapy, raised PSA, prostate cancer diagnosis using MRI and transperineal biopsy, bladder cancer and bladder problems including infections, blood in the urine and incontinence. He is a core member of the bladder cancer and prostate cancer multi-disciplinary teams at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
Mr Cohen maintains an active research interest. He has co-authored over 20 peer-reviewed papers and has presented his research in Europe and the United States.
