About me
Dr?Bleiker graduated with Honours from Nottingham Medical School in 1992 and completed her Dermatology training in Leicester before taking up a consultant post in Derby in 2001. She provides care for adults and children with all types of skin conditions, including those affecting the hair, nails and genital areas. She also performs skin surgery, although more complex procedures involving flaps or graft repairs are not part of her practice.
Her sub?specialist interests include Contact Dermatitis and Paediatric Dermatology. She routinely investigates suspected skin allergies using patch testing. Dr?Bleiker firmly believes that achieving an accurate diagnosis from the outset is essential, ensuring patients receive the correct treatment and avoid prolonged discomfort caused by misdiagnosis or ineffective therapies.
