About me
I am a warm, friendly and approachable UKCP-registered psychotherapist and counsellor. My core psychotherapy training was in Transactional Analysis (TA), however I integrate different psychotherapeutic approaches into my work to suit individual needs such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). In addition to my level 7 qualification in psychotherapy, I hold a Diploma in Trauma Therapy and additional training in mindfulness.
