About me
I am a BACP Accredited Psychodynamic Counsellor with over 10 years' experience working with adults in private practice and NHS settings.
I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about the difficulties you may be experiencing, whether that's anxiety, depression, relationship problems, bereavement, low self-esteem or simply feeling overwhelmed by life.
My approach is psychodynamic, which means we explore not only what is happening in your life now, but also how past experiences and relationships may be influencing your thoughts, feelings and behaviours today.
I believe that understanding ourselves on a deeper level can help us recognise unhelpful patterns, improve our relationships and develop a greater sense of emotional wellbeing.
I work collaboratively with clients, at a pace that feels comfortable, offering both short-term and longer-term counselling depending on individual needs.
My aim is to help you feel heard, understood and supported as you develop greater self-awareness and find your own way forward.
