About me

I am a trauma-informed Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, providing therapy for adults both online across the UK and face to face. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where clients can explore life's challenges safely and at their own pace.

My integrative approach means I tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs, drawing on a range of evidence-informed therapeutic models. I believe that no single approach suits everyone, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves, develop resilience, and create meaningful and lasting change.

I have a particular interest in supporting family carers, people affected by dementia, and those navigating the emotional impact of ageing, life transitions, grief and loss. I also work extensively with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, and the lasting effects of adverse life experiences.

As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I support adults with ADHD and autism, recognising the unique strengths and challenges that neurodivergent individuals may experience. My work is grounded in respect, curiosity and acceptance, helping clients understand themselves without judgement while developing practical strategies to improve wellbeing.

Being trauma-informed underpins every aspect of my practice. I recognise the impact that past experiences can have on emotional wellbeing, relationships and daily life, and I work sensitively to ensure therapy feels safe, collaborative and empowering. Clients are never pressured to revisit difficult experiences before they are ready, and sessions proceed at a pace that feels comfortable for them.

Whether you are seeking support during a difficult period, living with the demands of caring for someone else, adjusting to a diagnosis, or looking to better understand yourself, I aim to provide a supportive therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, valued and understood.

I offer both online and face-to-face appointments, making therapy accessible and flexible to meet individual needs.
