About me

Dr Ismail qualified from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in 1989. He trained in osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease in London, Sheffield and Manchester. Dr Ismail completed his research in osteoporosis at Manchester University and was awarded an MD thesis in 2000. He has been a Consultant at Stockport NHS Trust since 2000. Dr Ismail has extensive experience in managing osteoporosis and established the Osteoporosis Service and FLS Service in Stockport and has a dedicated osteoporosis clinic in the NHS and in the private sector. Dr Ismail only sees patients with osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease in the private sector.
