About me

I am a BACP-accredited counsellor offering approachable and supportive therapy for adults facing a wide range of life challenges. If you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a period of change or dealing with stress, anxiety or relationship difficulties, I provide a calm, non-judgemental space to discuss your concerns and find a way forward.

I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Psychology (2012) and a Master's in Psychology from Roehampton University (2024). I have experience working in both private practice and community settings, supporting people with a range of emotional and psychological concerns.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw on various therapeutic models to tailor sessions, including solution-focused techniques, mindfulness, and strategies for managing emotions and communication.

Some people come to counselling for a short time to work through a specific issue, while others may be looking for longer-term support. I also offer single-session therapy for those who feel that one focused conversation might be enough to help them gain the clarity they need.
