About me
Feeling anxious, low, stuck, or overwhelmed? Nic Perrins offers calm, structured therapy to help adults make sense of things and move forward. Nic is a dual-accredited therapist combining talking therapy with practical, evidence-based tools (PCT informed). He specialises in anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and burnoutespecially when life has felt too much for too long.
Nic works face-to-face with adults from a private consulting room in Surrey, creating space for real focus and human connectionespecially valued by clients who feel disconnected or unheard elsewhere. He also offers online therapy for those who prefer that option.
Alongside his private practice, Nic supports patients in a leading mental health hospital, bringing hospital-level experience, structure, and compassion to every session.
If you are looking for steady, supportive therapy with someone who will meet you where you are and help you find direction, Nic would be glad to help.
