About me

I am a Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist and Counsellor working in private practice for 10 years in the centre of St Albans and Online.

TA provides the framework to view your internal world and I provide the confidential non-judgemental space for us to explore your internal world and make real and lasting change.

Whatever your struggle this is your therapy. So we work collaboratively to identify what has brought you here and what you want to be different in your life.

I offer clients an initial 15 minute telephone call prior to starting sessions so you can get more information about my approach and a chance to speak with me to see if I'm a good fit for you.
