About me

I will provide you with a safe and confidential space to talk through any issues or challenges that you are experiencing. We will work together, to enable you to better understand the root of your problems and find healthier ways of coping with them. I will not give you advice but will support and empower you to discover new ways to grow and improve your life.
I understand that the process of seeking support can feel daunting so I do my upmost to create an environment where you feel comfortable and at ease.
My experience has been developed from working with many different clients experiencing different challenges over the last 10 years + in my private practice. I also spent many years working in a local hospice supporting Bereaved/Pre-Bereaved clients and their families as a staff counsellor.

Areas of interest

I provide counselling to adults and couples and clinical supervision to counsellors and other professionals in a health care role.
The areas I support are:
