About me

Picking a therapist or coach is not always easy, but is a decision often deciphered by a feeling. In this I trust.

I work with clients in an integrative way. Based in Psychodynamics, we explore the 'Why'. Why are you in this place right now? Was it environmental, family history, learnt behaviours, genetics etc.

My belief is that change comes from understanding and/or choice. This part is the empowering part. We work together to create new choices that enable you freedom from your mind and constraints of the modern day life.

Over the last 10 years I've worked with clients all over the world, all with varying presenting issues, and believe we're all unique, yet we have similar human conditions. I believe we're all here to have these experiences and heal internally if we choose to.
