I am a BACP accredited Counsellor/ Psychotherapist with 20 years experience.
I offer CBT/integrated therapy tailored to your individual needs. Stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, bereavement, relationships, menopause.

NHS waiting lists 9-12 months. I have BUPA sessions available for you now. Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm. Saturday by request
I offer face to face sessions in my therapy room with panoramic sea views in Redcar TS10 & on-line therapy to rest of the UK. Research studies have indicated that there is no difference in effectiveness when online therapy is compared to face to face therapy in reducing symptoms.
I can appreciate how difficult it can be to engage in counselling for the first time or with a new counsellor. I recommend that we arrange an initial session to identify and explore the issues and concerns you may be experiencing, and your hopes for how counselling may help you. I know from experience that when you reach out for help, it is a strength, not a weakness. I am here to help you work through any challenges you may be facing.
