About me
When racing thoughts, anxiety or self-doubt start to take over, it can be hard to know where to turn. Perhaps you're feeling stuck, lost, or simply overwhelmed by it all. We live in a world filled with anxiety, uncertainty, and unrelenting pressure.
Therapy offers a space to feel accepted as you are - pause, breathe, and set down some of your burdens. All feelings and experiences are welcome here, including the difficult ones, and those that may be affecting your well-being. I'd love to support you on your journey, helping you feel more content, develop a kinder inner voice, and build confidence in navigating life's challenges.
So why choose me? I start by building a trusting relationship, raising self-esteem, working on your inner strength & resources, understanding your story and identifying how you have come to feel as you do. I help you accept and begin to listen to your authentic self, identifying patterns that no longer serve you and that you would like to change.
If you're in a place right now where you feel like things are too hard and won't get better, know this: everyone needs support at some point in their lives, and lots of people struggle to ask for help - you are definitely not alone. Reach out and take that first step - give me a call/email and see if you feel I'm the right person to help you.
