Dr Amra Rao is a Chartered Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Director of Psychological Horizons, a London-based Psychological Therapies and Organisational Consultancy. With over 30 years of experience across the NHS and international contexts, she brings together psychological depth, organisational insight, and lived leadership expertise to support individuals, teams, and organisations.

She is a recognised expert in her field, currently chairing the British Psychological Society's Division of Clinical Psychology Faculties Network and the Leadership & Management Faculty. She has also led national programmes on wellbeing, carrer progression and leadership development, shaping inclusive and effective practice across complex systems.
