About me

I am a Consultant Counselling Psychologist with a specialist interest and expertise in the treatment of complex trauma, personality disorder and other severe mental health problems. I also specialised in the treatment pre and post partum (infertility treatment, birth trauma, post partum depression).

I am an UK/Europe EMDR Consultant and I am trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy as well as well as CBT. I also completed a Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Diploma at the Tavistock Clinic, London.

I have worked in the NHS for over 25 years and set up my private practice 15 years ago.
