About me

I am a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist and EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner, who also provides Clinical Supervision for Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

I can offer Online Therapy via ZOOM, also Telephone sessions.

As an integrative therapist I am able to integrate different theoretical traditions such as CBT, EMDR and Mindfulness, in order to meet the individual needs of my clients.

I am a qualified Nurse and Midwife with many years experience working within the NHS also as a Counsellor in Primary Care.
