About me
Helen is a honours graduate of the British School of Osteopathy. As a former professional dancer, Helen retains links with the dance world and enjoys treating both professional and student dancers. She is on the register of approved practitioners for One Dance - formerly known as Dance UK. She is also a member of OPACA - the Osteopathic Performing Arts Care Association. Helen has a particular interest in addressing sports injuries and problems related to posture. Her experience of Alexander technique and Pilates also informs her work. Helen also works cranially and has gained the post graduate Diploma in paediatic osteopathy from the Osteopathic Centre for Children.
