About me

Welcome. I am an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a Chartered Psychologist and a registered HCPC Counselling Psychologist. I have been in private practice in North London and online for over 25 years seeing clients with a variety of mental health presenting concerns. I also have a specialism in women's health including infertility and reproductive health through to cancer and the psychological impact of the menopause.
Having worked for many years within the NHS, I have also been senior lecturer on various Doctorate in Counselling Psychology training programmes teaching clinical skills. I also practice as a clinical supervisor supporting other psychologists within their clinical work.

I offer a flexible and integrative psychological therapy service. Trained in CBT, I bring Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy aspects to my practice, which is grounded in evidence-based practice and an interactive and relational approach.

I see adults with a range of presenting concerns, most frequently depression, anxiety and life stresses. Clients tend to visit me for an average of 12 to 24 sessions and many come back to me during further periods of crisis or distress. I have been a BUPA approved practitioner for many years.
