About me

I have worked for over 25 years in the NHS in different parts of the country, but now have a small private practice.

I am a BPS chartered psychologist (couns) and HCPC registered, and am also accredited as a CBT therapist. I offer psychological therapy to both individuals and couples, as well as clinical supervision for these client groups. I am also an EU accredited EMDR practitioner.

I have experience of working with people throughout the lifespan and would normally see those aged 16 and over. I also have experience of working with older people.

I work primarily with anxiety and depression, including PTSD and sleep issues, but also adjustment reactions to various situations (eg redundancy, divorce etc). I also work with long term medical conditions.
