About me
Richard Fiala trained in the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Holland and America through a fellowship in Skyjby University Hospital Aarhus, Denmark in 1993, in the Mayo Clinic Rochester, USA in 1999, Montsouris Hospital Paris, France in 2001, University Hospital Nijmegen in the Netherlands in 2003.
He was appointed as a Consultant in 1996 with a major interest in Urological Cancer Services, particularly prostate and bladder cancer. He is a member of the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (Genito-urinary group) in that time.
He was awarded a PhD degree for research into Urodynamics done between 1993 and 1997 from Charles University in Prague.
