About me
Ms Tanaya Sarkhel is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon specialising in all aspects of hand and wrist surgery.
Her specialist areas include: Hand and wrist surgery: carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren’s contracture, hand injuries, wrist injuries, de Quervain syndrome, ligament injuries and wrist arthroscopy.
Tanaya qualified from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School with a BSc in Anatomy in addition to her medical degree. Following a years trauma experience in Australia, her orthopaedic training continued on the South West Thames (St George’s) circuit which she augmented with the Pulvertaft Hand Fellowship at Derby Royal Infirmary and the Biomet Shoulder Fellowship at Epsom Hospital.
