About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over ten years post qualification experience. I specialise in working with children, young people and their families presenting with emotional well-being concerns. Prior to training I worked at Great Ormond Street hospital for Children. Since training I have worked in NHS servics in London and Sussex as well as working in private practice.

Areas of interest

Working with children and young people with Anxiety, Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD); Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); low mood. emotional regulation difficulties low self esteem, difficulties associated with ASD. I use a wide ranges of approaches including CBT, EMDR and working systemically. I am a registered Brainspotting Practitioner. I also carry out ASD assessments with a Psychiatry colleague
