About me

During the current crisis I am offering counselling online by video link.

I am a qualified UKCP registered/accredited psychotherapist and counsellor. As a Registered member of UKCP, I adhere to their codes of ethics and professional practice and the BACP Ethical Framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy.

I have considerable experience, gained over more than 20 years in practice - approximately 7,000 hours to date. I have worked with a range of presenting problems such as relationship difficulties, stress, anxiety, depression, drug and alcohol problems, work and study, bereavement and loss; mental health issues including psychosis, schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder, suicidal feelings and self-harm. All of my work is supervised and insured in accordance with professional standards.
