About me
As an osteopath I am highly trained and with over 25 years of experience, I am ready to help with your musculo-skeletal pain.
I specialise in the treatment of neck and back pain as well as sports injuries, whiplash, hip and pelvic pain and also treat expectant mothers and babies.
I use Shockwave therapy which is proven to be effective in treating chronic conditions including plantar fasciitis; Achilles, patella, gluteal and shoulder tendonopathies. Shockwave can also help with the break down of scar tissue.
I also use a variety of techniques that I adapt to your individual needs including soft tissue stretching and manipulation of joints. I'm also trained to treat patients using dry needling/acupuncture and kinesio-taping to help aid your recovery.
