About me
Gillian grew up and studied in London, she successfully secured a prestigious research post in Nutrition and Heart Disease with the World Health Organisation (WHO).
Gillian qualified with a Masters Degree (MSc.) in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland 1997.
Her specialist training was in The Charter Mark award winning Dietetic Department at Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital, London. Her successful career spans throughout Hospitals in Northern Ireland, specialising in; Respiratory, Cancer and Haematology.
After starting a family in Northern Ireland, Gillian decided to set up her Dietetic Consultancy Service to be able to blend her wealth of knowledge with family life.
Gillian fully understands about restrictions people face in their lives, as her mother was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis when she was aged just 5. Gillian herself had Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune thyroid condition that she successfully fixed medically and nutritionally and now helps and guides others in areas of chronic ill health.
