About me

Dr Antonis Pantazis is a leading expert in heart muscle conditions (cardiomyopathies) with over 8 years of experience at a previous centre of excellence in this speciality.
At RBH, Dr Pantazis consults with patients who have heart muscle conditions, from diagnosis and treatment to interventional management. His practice also covers investigating the diagnosis of the inherited conditions in the family members with clinical and genetic tests.
Dr Pantazis has a special interest in echocardiography – investigating complex heart conditions, including heart muscle diseases, valve diseases, ischaemic heart disease with advanced echocardiography imaging.

Areas of interest

Cardiomyopathy (The assessment of the symptoms, such as breathlessness, chest pain, palpitations and loss of consciousness and the evaluation of the functional capacity of the affected individuals is essential for the management of these patients and relies on a series of tests, currently available in clinicial centers using up-to-date technology; advanced echocardiography
