About me

I work with children, adolescents, adults and older adults. I work largely from a cognitive-behavioural perspective, informed by attachment theory and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy). I have special interests in anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I have 15 years' experience working in the NHS and have also been practising independently since 2004. I have worked extensively in learning disability and forensic psychology populations. I have lectured both at UCL to clinical psychology trainees, and to GP practices, contributing to the continuing professional development of GPs in the area of mental health.
