About me

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist specialising in women's health and reproductive health psychology. I provide specialist psychological therapy for women and couples across the reproductive lifespan.

I have extensive experience working within NHS maternity and gynaecological services supporting women across the reproductive lifespan. Through this work I have developed a deep understanding of how medical experiences can affect emotional wellbeing, relationships, identity, and confidence.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I draw on a range of evidence-based psychological therapies and adapt these to the needs of each individual or couple. Together we may explore emotional patterns, process trauma where needed, develop practical coping strategies, and support recovery and adjustment.

Many people who seek my support are thoughtful and reflective individuals looking for a space to understand their experiences more deeply rather than simply managing symptoms.
