About me
I am an experienced clinical psychologist, an accredited CBT Therapist and an EMDR practitioner. I have more than 25 years experience of working within NHS mental health services with more than 18 years experience in private practice. I am registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC), the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapists (BABCP) and EMDR Association.
I have experience working across the lifespan, with particular speciality in Adult Mental Health. I have an interest in working with anxiety, including OCD, health and social anxiety as well as trauma.
