About me

I have worked as a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon since 1984. First and foremost, my work has been at the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, where I was Director of the Burns Unit. The hospital's specialist Burns Unit was developed during the second World War. Its pioneering work, treating the horrific burns of pilots who had been shot down by enemy fire, has become renowned throughout the World for its excellence in plastic surgery.
