About me

I qualified in 1995 as a psychodynamic therapist, and have been working as a psychotherapist since then, in private practice, the voluntary sector and in a private psychiatric hospital. I provide short and long-term therapy.
I currently work with individuals and couples. I have also extensive experience of group work and working with families.
My approach is relational which means that the focus is on the relationship between me and the client - what emerges between us is an indicator of the clients ways of relating to significant others in their lives both past and present.
