About me
Qualified in Sheffield in 1988. I have worked in NHS,Occupational Health in Industry for Shell, Kellogs and Adidas and Private Practise.
Co owner originally in Cobham Physio and now Owner of Esher & Epsom Physio set up in 2008.
Having been a high standard gymnast, county squash player and still ski, cycle regularly. I still play competitive Hockey and am a keen Golfer. I enjoy Crossfit classes and spin classes before work. I have a strong interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation, exercise therapy and Pilates are a large part of the self management programmes given to my patients to help them take control of their recovery. I treat all aspect of musculoskeletal injuries from chronic conditions, post operative conditions to acute sports injuries.
